1. Show reviews on Google Shopping with XML Feed

Ryviu supports exporting XML Feed to upload in your Google Merchant Account to showcase reviews and star ratings on Google Shopping. With this latest feature, we hope you can save time to make your workflow smoothly and effectively.

You will have three choices to export reviews to XML Feed in the Ryviu account as below:

• Option 1: Click on button Product reviews feed to export all product reviews. Ryviu will promptly send you an email containing the XML file for download. Please check the email address associated with your Ryviu profile.  

• Option 2: Export XML Feed for selected product reviews.

• Option 3: Export XML Feed for one product by click on G button > Add globally unique product identifiers > Click on Save button > Click on Download XML button.

2. Import Q&A from CSV files

Displaying questions and answers is another effective way to help your customers gain a better understanding of your products and services. To simplify the process, we have introduced a feature that allows you to import questions and answers from CSV files. This time-saving feature offers the following benefits:

• Improve Social Proof and Trust: Enhance credibility on your site by showcasing relevant Q&A entries.
• Easy Management: Control and customize your questions and answers using the CSV file import feature.
• Save Time: Import multiple Q&A entries at once, eliminating the need for manual entry.

3. Auto translate text of review widget 

Displaying the reviews widget in your customers' local language can significantly boost trust in your business. With Ryviu, you can now easily translate the text. Simply select the desired language, click on the Custom button to review and save the changes. Here are the advantages Ryviu offers:

• Default Language and Automatic Translation: The default language is English, but you can select Portuguese, German, Chinese, and French. The translation is done automatically.
• Easy Text Editing: Customize the text or provide custom text in other languages by simply clicking on each text box.
• Time-Saving Customization: Save time by effortlessly customizing the text of the reviews widget.

The option Auto translate text is applied to the Q&A widget too. You can select Language then click on Custom button to customize the text of Q&A widget. You can click on each box to fill your suitable text, then click on 'Save settings' button to save the changes.

4. Import Loox, Judge.me, Product Reviews app, and Rivo CSV files

Ryviu's users can now import CSV files without modifying CSV file format if the original source is from Loox, Judge.me, Product Reviews app, or Rivo app. This enhancement brings several benefits:

• Enhanced Social Proof: By offering more options to collect reviews, you can further increase social proof for your products.
• Time Savings: Importing CSV files is now a breeze, as there is no longer a need to adjust the format, saving you valuable time.

The steps to import a CSV file are incredibly simple. Just follow these straightforward instructions:

• Select the source of the CSV file from the provided options.
• Browse and choose the file you wish to import.
